Fit Tip 7-26-2010

In this week’s episode we answer the following question submitted from our friend Kyra:

“I have a career and a young family and feel like I can only devote 25-30 minutes of cardiovascular activity(mostly running) a day to working out. I know I need to add exercises to strengthen my “Core”. Can you show me some core exercises that I could do during the work day to supplement my cardiovascular activities?”
